- Publication Bias Estimator Calculator (version 2.0) This is an Excel-based calculator to be used during meta-analytic studies to calculate three publication bias estimators. Using a list of the effect sizes and standard errors included in your meta-analysis, this calculator will provide you values for the rightmost run estimator (Ro), linear estimator (Lo), and quadratic estimator (Qo) based on Duval and Tweedie’s (2000) nonparametric trim and fill method.
